A MESSAGE FROM JORDAN

Don't weep for me, for I am where I'm meant to be.

Don't be sad for me, for I am a vapor in a misty meadow, or the sparkle of raindrops after a morning rain. Look for me in a beautiful sunset, or the kiss of a breeze on your cheek. I look at you through laughing eyes and see the flowers and a cactus to keep. I send you messages in seashells from the ocean deep. Listen for the birds' calls, for I am part of their song. You will know I am there - I am everywhere, sending you my love.

I cannot linger with you longer, for I must abide in another plane. I am happy there, surrounded in our Father's boundless love.

Don't weep for me, for I am free, and I am where I'm meant to be.

(A poem written by Jordan's grandmother, the night after his memorial service)
